Work
Continuing to build out community programs for the OpenSearch Project, and OpenSearch Software Foundation.
- As we come to a close on this year's OpenSearchCon Europe CFP, I recently drafted and reviewed a document with the marketing team and our Linux Foundation events partners. The 'Conference Panelist Guidelines' provide guidance to prospective panelists on how to evaluate submissions for OpenSearchCon and potential other future events. It also allows the community to understand how their proposals will be evaluated in a fair and open manner.
- Continue to build out my User Groups program for the OpenSearch Project.
- Planning out travel to support this year's events. Its going to be a wild ride, folx!
Personal
- I've given up on X/Twitter for my personal updates. It's not a good place any longer.
- Travel took a toll on my powerlifting numbers in 2024. I'm not complaining, but plan to devote more time to it in 2025.
- Find a creative outlet. I realize I miss photography and plan to work on that more this year. A few other ideas as well.
